Expedition Foods Beef and Potato Hotpot Preparation: 

Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to the internal fill line 5 (350ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.

Diced potato (31%), onions, minced beef (9.4%), vegetable oil, brown lentils, carrots, swede, chicken stock, tomato puree, cornflour, sugar, chives, parsley, salt, pepper.
