Features

Expedition Foods Vegetable Stir Fry, has been influenced by their Asian travels and the amazing foods they sampled in Vietnam, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand and Japan. It's dairy free and vegetarian, and contains a wide variety of vegetables including red and green peppers, bean sprouts, sweetcorn, brown lentils, peapods, bamboo slices, leek and carrots mixed with egg noodles and lemongrass to mention a few.  This vegetarian meal is a crowd favorite among vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Add boiling water to internal fill line 4 (300ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
