It's dairy free and vegetarian, and contains a wide variety of vegetables including red and green peppers, bean sprouts, sweetcorn, brown lentils, peapods, bamboo slices, leek and carrots mixed with egg noodles and lemongrass to mention a few. This vegetarian meal is a crowd favorite among vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Add boiling water to internal fill line 4 (300ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
