Expedition Foods Vegan Mushroom Risotto
Long grain rice mixed with mushrooms, diced onions, coconut milk, turmeric, leeks and other ingredients
Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above line 5 (440ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate. Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer. The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
