Julbo Explorer 2.0 Spectron Sunglasses; designed for high-altitude mountains but compliment the specific needs of the desert runner very well. The Julbo Explorer 2.0 style offers maximum protection with removable side shields and adjustable Grip Tech temples. 

Julbo Explorer 2.0 Sunglasses are available with Spectron and  Cameleon NXT Polarised and Photochromic Lenses. They are developed in partnership with the National School for Ski & Alpinism (ENSA Chamonix, France). They give high-definition vision; superior optical quality; optimum transparency; light and unbreakable; lasting strength and resistance to solvents. The lenses are manufactured using low-temperature casting techniques which reduce internal stresses in the material. This improves the optical quality, giving excellent transparency and increases long-term stability.

Photochromic and polarising dual technologies give progressive protection in categories 3 to 4. Anti-glare, high-definition polarising lenses darken or lighten as the brightness changes. Cat. 3 transmits 8-18% of visible light, Cat. 4 transmits 3-8% visible light and both are recommended for bright light environments including water sports and mountaineering.
