Delivery Information
1. Introduction
1.1 This policy contains details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website or by telephone or email.
1.2 This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale. This policy does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; it merely indicates our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products.
2. Free UK delivery on orders over £85.00
2.1 We offer free standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over GBP 85 (including VAT) except for the following exceptions:
a) Orders placed via telephone (standard delivery charges starting at £4.49 apply)
b) Orders for test kit which will be returned and is regarded as a loan, not a purchase
2.2 All other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 4 and 5.
3. Geographical limitations
3.1 We will usually be able to deliver worldwide to most countries and territories though exceptions may apply. If we are unable to deliver to particular destination we claim the right to cancel an order.
4. Delivery methods and periods
4.1 The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:
(a) if your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, you will be able to select Standard UK Delivery at £4.49 for orders under £85, and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is 2-3 working days with courier delivery though in many cases delivery is next day;
(b) if you prefer to collect your goods from our store this is free of charge. With this option we ask that you contact us to agree a time when you can pick up your order from us at 721 London Road, Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex, SS0 9ST, UK. Please note: if you select this option and then change your mind, shipping charges will be applicable as per the terms stated on this page.
(c) If your delivery address is on the Channel Islands the delivery charges start at £4.99 and increase by weight (calculated at checkout). Delivery time is according to Royal Mail International Signed for Airmail;
(d) If your delivery address is outside of Europe the delivery charges start at £12.49 and increase by weight (calculated at checkout). Delivery time is according to Royal Mail International Signed for Airmail;
(e) For all domestic and international deliveries we offer express courier and Royal Mail services on request and at additional charge. Please contact us before you place your order for a quote and available options;
(f) From time to time we may have to make exceptions to the typical delivery time frames. We will, in these cases, announce any changes to standard delivery charges on our website.
4.2 If you place your order before 2pm on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 2pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
4.3 The delivery periods set out in this Section 4 are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
4.4 We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.
5. Delivery charges
5.1 Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
5.2 Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.
5.3 Our delivery charges are as specified in section 4.
5.4 Although rare, bulky or heavy items may be subject to additional charges than what is calculated by the system and specified in section 4. We will notify you prior to dispatch should this be the case.
6. Delivery tracking
6.1 Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products and the tracking method will depend upon the delivery service applicable. We will provide you with tracking information for your parcel if requested and if not supplied to you automatically through the ordering process. Please not that for some international deliveries full tracking is not available, however in this case a "signed for" delivery method will be chosen to track receipt of your parcel.
7. Receipt and signature
7.1 All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
7.2 Our delivery service provider will in most cases notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery requiring signature.
8. Additional deliveries
8.1 If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least one more delivery attempt(s).
9. Collection
9.1 If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
10. Delivery problems
10.1 If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.
10.2 If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
10.3 An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us for a refund or exchange. All the boring small print is below but in summary it works as follows:

On receipt of the returned goods, we will issue you with a refund or exchange according to your request. If you request a refund we will use the same method of payment that you used when paying for the items in the first place.
If you return items from outside of the EU, please contact us for specific returns instructions prior to sending the goods in order to avoid customs delays.

2. Your Right to Cancel
2.1 You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason
3. Cancellation Period
3.1 The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
4. Informing Us of Your Cancellation
4.1 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract with us by a clear statement. You can do so by using the returns section in your customer account or by sending us an e-mail. 5. Cancellation Deadline
5.1 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
6. Effects of Cancellation
6.1 If you cancel your contract within the cancellation period stated above, we will reimburse to you the payments received from you for the good purchased. Shipping costs will be reimbursed as follows:
a) UK & EU customers will be reimbursed for payments received for delivery costs up to a maximum of £4.49.
b) Customers outside of the EU will not be reimbursed for payments for delivery costs.
c) Shipping costs will only be reimbursed as per above if you cancel your order in in full, we regret that we cannot reimburse shipping for partial returns of an order.
6.2 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
6.3 Late cancellations may be accepted solely at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee being deducted from the reimbursement. In the event a late cancellation is accepted by us, the original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be reimbursed.
6.4 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
7. Returning Goods
7.1 Products returned under this policy should be sent with a tracked delivery method to Returns, myRaceKit, 721 London Road, Essex, SS0 9ST, UK.
7.2 You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returns under this policy.
7.3 In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange under this policy the returned product should be unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
8. Exclusions
8.1 The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
(a) food, drink and any other products liable to deteriorate within the period of 3 months following dispatch;
(b) toiletries and skin care products;
(c) any product made to your specification;
(d) any product made to order;
(e) any product personalised or adapted for you;
(f) gift vouchers; or
(g) personal consultation.
