What are Kit Points?

Kit Points are loyalty points that are awarded every time you place you place an order online if you are logged in to your account. Every time you place an order you'll be awarded points based on the size of the order. We are currently giving 1.5 points per £1 spent - you'll be surprised how quickly they add up!

One Kit Point is worth £0.01

How do I spend my Kit Points?

You can spend Kit Points on any order placed through this website. When you are logged into your account you can convert kit points to money in your eWallet. When you check out you will then be able to use the money in your eWallet for full or partial payment. 

How long are my Kit Points valid for?

Kit points are valid for 12 months from the date they were allocated to your account.

When will I see the Kit Points in my account?

Kit points are allocated to your account 28 days after your purchase. This is in order to allow for you to receive your order and to make decisions about whether you are going to keep or return any goods. Kit Points will not be allocated for goods which are returned and refunded.

Small Print / Exclusions:

• We reserve the right to make changes to the Kit Points at any point in time including their value, ways of collecting and redeeming them and including terminating Kit Points.
• Kit Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Kit Points can only be collected if you have a customer account and not on guest checkouts.
• In the (unlikely) event the Kit Points programme is terminated we reserve the right to do so without any compensation for unused Kit Points.
• Kit Points will be deducted from your customer account in the event that an order on which Kit Points was awarded is cancelled or refunded partially or in full after the kit points have already been awarded to you.
• Kit Points are not awarded on Expo / Events purchases nor on in-store purchases.
